Internal Campus-wide Email Communications

The President and Cabinet approved the strategic communications direction for the university including streamlining our communications process for campus-wide emails.

Part of this process is to send all-mail messages using a trackable email system to measure the effectiveness of those messages, format them using university branding to reduce the potential success of phishing attacks, and coordinate the dissemination so that we maximize the reach of the message.

A bonus to all faculty and staff is a reduction in mass messages and duplicate messages received, making it easier to identify important information and action items.

The employee communications working group set up an easy intake system for processing mass communications requests. The link is located on the internal communications resources page.
