The IT Help Desk can be reached at (831) 582-4357 (HELP), Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Phone support is unavailable on all university holidays.
On the Internet:
You can submit a ticket for assistance or you can browse our knowledge base of help and informational articles.
In Person:
We have a walk-up IT Service Desk located on the first floor of the Tanimura & Antle Family Memorial Library (508) located on Divarty.
Check out our In Person Help page to find out our hours and support levels at the IT Service Desk. The IT Service Desk in the library is closed all university holidays, including Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer breaks.
