Assistance that has a due date or an implementation timeline (e.g., install a new a computer)
Requires action on the part of IT staff (e.g., provide administrative access)
May require coordination of more than one department (e.g., installing computer or AV equipment in a new location)
Is a recurring service by the Department (e.g., installation of digital signs, commencement set-up)
It is not a service, if it is:
- Not in the IT Service Catalog
- Not tracked as a service (e.g., consultation, training)
