There are three ways that ticket tasks can be used in IT Ticketing:
- Adding Ticket Tasks to an open ticket on the fly, when needed.
- Applying an existing Ticket Task Template to an open ticket.
- Having the Ticket Task Template built into a ticket so that it is automatically attached when a new ticket is submitted.

NOTE: Task Templates will be created by the IT Project Management Office after discussion with the appropriate Director.
