ESNA Officelinx Voicemail Setup

Your new campus voicemail box offers the following new features:

  • Voicemail transcripts and audio files delivered to your Gmail account
  • Web portal access for customizing your voicemail box
  • Call forwarding features you can configure through the web portal
  • Smart phone application for iOS and Android to quickly change your greeting and call forwarding settings

You can use your voicemail box in three different ways.

  1. Access the Telephone User Interface (TUI) by dialing 5999 from your campus telephone.  ESNA Officelinx will automatically recognize your telephone number and prompt you for your password.  The default TUI password is 13579.  You will be prompted to change your TUI password when logging into your voicemail box through the TUI for the first time.  You can also access your voicemail box from off-campus by dialing and pressing # to enter your voicemail box number (your 4-digit campus extension number).
  2.  Access the Web Portal by entering voicemail.csumb.edu into the address bar of your browser window.  Please see the Knowledge Base article called “How to Login to the ESNA Officelinx Web Portal” for help logging in for the first time.  You will use your Otter ID and password to log into your voicemail box.
  3. Download and configure the iLink Pro app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.  Be sure to search for “iLink Pro”, from ESNA Technologies Inc, and look for the iLink Pro logo:

Please see the Knowledge Base article “Configure Your iLink Pro App” to learn how to connect your app to the CSUMB ESNA Officelinx voicemail system.
