Voicemail basics

The best part of Zoom phone voicemail is no more having to remember a voicemail password since Zoom is part of single sign-on. You log into your Zoom and you’ll see your voicemail in the voicemail tab and be emailed a transcript.

 

PIN Codes for desk phones

If you are using a Zoom Desktop phone however, you will still need a pin number.

• Your default pin number is 12345.

You should change your default pin number as soon as possible.

Log into your CSUMB Dashboard and click More Apps. Click on Zoom to launch the Zoom Web app.

In the Zoom web app click on Phone in the navigation bar on the left.

Select Settings tab in the middle.

Scroll down to the section called Desk Phone.

Click on Show or Edit in the PIN Code section.

Change the PIN code to any number sequence you like, making sure to keep it five digits. When done click Save and that is your new PIN code. You can change the PIN anytime you want.
