Overview

This ticket is to report a problem with a campus telephone for staff and faculty offices as well as common spaces, blue emergency phones, and other telephonic devices.

Reasons to Submit This Ticket

Submit this ticket if you need assistance fixing telephone-related problems, such as:

  • There’s no dial-tone
  • I can’t dial out.
  • I can’t get voicemail.
  • Blue emergency phone is not working.
  • I cannot send a fax.
