Video Security Cameras

Security Cameras are maintained by Enterprise Application Services on behalf of University Police Department (UPD). Network Services (NS) monitors the network to ensure that cameras are operational.

The following two Services are provided by Information Technology (IT) in support of video Security Cameras on campus:

  1. To request installation of new video security camera, appropriate UPD personnel should complete the Business Applications> Setup Configuration ticket. Under Application, select Video Security (Genetec)
  2. For problems or issues relating to an existing video security camera, appropriate UPD and/or Network Services staff should complete the Business Applications> System Problem ticket. Under Application, select Video Security (Genetec).
