These instructions are for the installation of Remote Desktop for Windows 10, needed to access the computer lab machines remotely (Step 4 of the Remote Lab Access instructions).

Once you have selected a device to connect to, a window will open asking you to download the connection file. Select the "Download" button.
Note: You will be prompted to open or save the software. Select the "open" option.
You may prompted to verify the security of the program. This program is secure, so select "Connect".
Once this is complete you should return to Remote Lab Access Instructions Step 5
Reminder: Saving all documents to the cloud instead of your computer can be a lifesaver, especially if you are having an issue with your CSUMB computer and the computer needs to be swapped out.
