How to Enable and Disable “Send All Calls” in Avaya IX Workplace

To enable or disable Send All Calls, click the person icon in the upper left corner of the application.

Click user from Avaya IX Workplace

 

Select Send All Calls from the drop-down menu that appears. Click outside of the application to set.

Then a blue icon should appear on the person icon when the pop up menu closes.

To disable Send All Calls, click the person icon again, then click on Send All Calls in the drop-down menu to change it to read “Select a feature”.  Click outside the application to set.

Make sure the Send All Calls icon no longer appears.
