How to update your office phone number in the campus directory

The campus phone directory (csumb.edu/directory) pulls your information from your CMS. You can update or provide your number by following these steps below.

Keep in mind that this directory information is public so you should not use personal numbers for your campus phone number.

Step One: Launch CMS and select Self Service.

Step 2: Click on Phone Numbers under Personal Information

Step 3: Update the Business Number and click SAVE
