Instead of logging in to each system with a different username and password, CSUMB allows you to login to one system using single sign-on (SSO). Then each system you login to afterwards recognizes that first, successful attempt and honors it for the rest of the day.
It means the CSUMB username and password assigned to you as a new student or employee only needs to work one time each day.
In order to maintain the highest level of security, however, we also require multi-factor authentication (MFA) when logging in.
