Assign Tickets to East Campus Clients

When a person calls to report a problem from an off-campus, unauthenticated Client, (e.g., East Campus) the Help Desk will create an IT Ticket using a generic Client account. The "TSS Help Desk" client user name is set up in TeamDynamix for this purpose:
