Configure Your iLink Pro App on iPhone

The Avaya iLink Pro app is best used to quickly change Locations to set your campus voicemail greeting and call forwarding rules using your mobile device.  Note the greetings and call rules are configured through the web portal and the Telephone User Interface (TUI). 

The  Avaya iLink Pro app is available for download from Apple’s App Store.

Be sure to search for “Avaya iLink Pro” iLink Pro logo:

 

After downloading, complete the following steps to connect to the CSUMB ESNA Officelinx voicemail system using your iLink Pro app. 

 

 

 

The Login screen will appear when you open the iLink Pro App for the first time.  A pop up will appear to prompt you to Allow or Disallow notifications.  Make your selection.

 

 

Choose Single Sign-On as the Authentication method and make sure Google Apps appears in the Authentication drop down menu.

 

           

 

 

Enter voicemail.csumb.edu for the Server address.  The port should stay 13777.  Click Login.

 

 

A pop up window will appear to ask if you want to continue to use "csumb.edu" to Sign in.  Click Continue.

 

 

 Select Google Apps as your authentication provider. Your app will redirect to the CSUMB sign in page.  Here, enter your Otter ID and password and click Sign In.

 

 

Select the option to open your Link Pro app.  You should now be logged into your campus voicemail box.   Select the Locations icon, two multi-story buildings, to change your Location (which controls your greeting and call rules).
