The iLink Pro app is best used to quickly change Locations to set your campus voicemail greeting and call rules using your mobile device. Note the greetings and call rules are configured through the web portal and the Telephone User Interface (TUI).
The iLink Pro app is available for download from the Google Play Store. Be sure to search for “iLink Pro”, from ESNA Technologies Inc, and look for the iLink Pro logo. In the Google Play Store, the app details will say it is from "Zang Inc."
Complete the following steps to install iLink Pro and connect to the CSUMB ESNA Officelinx voicemail system.
- Tap Install when you have found the iLink Pro listing and be sure to tap Accept to grant iLink Pro to access your phone data.
- Open the iLink Pro app. You will be prompted to set up your account to access the CSUMB ESNA Officelinx system.
- Under Account, select your campus Gmail account. Please note the iLink Pro app will auto-populate your phone's email accounts in the configuration screen. If your campus Gmail account does not appear in the Account drop-down, you will need to add your campus Gmail account to your phone under Settings > Accounts.
- For the Server field, enter the address of the CSUMB voicemail system: voicemail.csumb.edu
- Tap Login and you will be directed to Google to authenticate using your Otter ID and password.
