If you are launching a new service, or would like to refresh an existing service, please complete the
Server Request Form
(Google Form) with your detailed requirements.

How do I get it:
Servers are provided based on the requirements of the customer.
Complete the
Server Request Form
(Google Form).
An IT Ticket will be created for your request.
How much does it cost:
Approved campus services are provided server access at no individual charge.
