Computer Pick-up or Drop-off

Overview

Pick-up or drop-off a computer to Information Technology. 

Before Submitting This Ticket

Please note:

• Requests to move computers must be submitted through a Facilities Service request. Space Planning manages all moves.
  • This includes individual or departmental moves within the same building or between buildings.
• Pick-up and drop-off must be scheduled. The Technology Help Desk will contact you once your ticket is approved for computer pick-up or drop-off.
  • Location: Pick-up and drop-offs are at the back door of IT Services (bldg 43).

Reasons to Submit This Ticket

Submit this ticket to: 

• Drop-off or pick-up a computer with IT.
• Decommission a computer and have it recycled as part of e-waste.
