Lab Printing and Print Credits

Printers are available so that students can print class/study-related materials. If any printer in a lab has an issue (paper jam, streaks/smudges, etc),  please submit an IT Ticket to have the printer looked at.

Each semester students automatically receive a starting print balance equal to 300 pages. When you print in one of the labs, the pages you print are automatically deducted from your starting balance. Important information about lab printing:

  • Prints are 8 1/2" x 11", black & white and print duplex (on both side of the paper) by default
  • Faculty must print course materials using their department/college printers/copiers
  • Personal computers can't print to lab printers
  • There is no guest printing available, unless prearranged through a conference group
  • If you are having issues with lab printing, please submit a ticket
