Overview

Drop-off, pick-up, or installation of a computer accessory.

Computer accessories include:

• monitors
• keyboards
• mice
• hubs
• other periphery devices.

Before Submitting This Ticket

Please note:

• You must be scheduled to drop-off or pick-up equipment. The Technology Help Desk will contact you when your ticket is approved to be scheduled for pick-up or drop-off.
• Pick-up and drop-off are at the back door of IT Services (Bldg 43).

Reasons to Submit This Ticket

Submit this ticket to: 

• Drop-off an unneeded accessory with IT.
• Pick-up a computer accessory.
• Installation of a computer accessory by an IT technician.
