Overview

IT performs all aspects of server maintenance, including server support, troubleshooting, changes to server specifications, VM snapshots and server backup and recovery services.


Note: These services are usually requested by IT personnel only.

Reasons to Submit this Ticket

Submit this ticket to request:

  • Server Technical Support: Request changes to server specifics, VM snapshots, server backup or recovery services.
  • DHCP: Add, renew, or update DHCP Entries for campus services.
  • DNS: Add, renew, or update DNS Entries for campus services. We can provide static IP addresses, reservations and associated Domain Naming Service entries in our systems for infrastructure devices, servers, websites and other URLs.
  • Certificate Requests: Request new or updated SSL and Domain certificates for new and existing CSUMB services.  Note: Please include a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) for domain certificates, when you need a new or replacement certificate for the service you administer.
