Marketing & Communications Consultation

Overview

Information Technology Marketing and Communications (MarComm) is here to solidify our IT branding and make sure our communications with the campus and within IT are polished and convey at least one of our key messages:

  • We are here to help.
  • Let’s partner on your project so we can be successful.
  • Let’s continue the conversation.
  • We make IT easy!

These tickets are usually submitted by IT personnel. Feel free to submit a ticket and maybe we can partner together on something great!

Note: This service is for IT Marketing and Communications only. Please see University Communications for other communication or marketing needs.

Reasons to Submit This Ticket

Submit this ticket to request:

  • MarComm Consultation: Use this option to get the conversation started with our IT MarComm Team on how to get your messaging out. We’ll walk you through things like audiences, tactics, and timeline expectations. No request is too big or too small for us to start discussing. Timeline: Give us at least two weeks notice- more is better.
  • Tech Tip Tuesday Topic: Use this to start a conversation about the creation of a specific Tech Tip Tuesday video. We’ll talk about topic, audience, and expectations.Timeline: Depends on our current schedule. We’ll let you know during our discussion.
  • Digital Sign Request: Want your message displayed on the digital signs on campus? Use this option to request a conversation about digital sign content requirements. We can work on one for you and submit it to all the spaces. Timeline: Varied depending on workload in MarComm (Note: October and April are usually busy design months).
  • Social Media Request: Want to push something to our IT social media accounts? We’ll talk about our different options, if you need an image (or have an image), and when to post. Timeline: Give us at least three days- more is better.
