Track IT Tickets (Technician)

View Tickets in TDNext

Ticket requests can be viewed a few ways for tracking purposes:

  • Click the ticket number link if you receive email notifications for the ticket.

  • Go to TDNext > IT Tickets > Tickets > Search by the requestor name, or ticket number.

  • Within the ticket: Copy the link just above the ticket title and use it for future reference.
