How to Log into the ESNA Officelinx Web Portal

Note: You must have Gmail Synchronization enabled on your voicemail box in order to access it via the web. If it's not enabled, you will get an "Access is Denied" error when attempting to access voicemail via the web. If you are unsure if Gmail Synchronization is enabled on your voicemail or you would like to request it, please submit an IT ticket.

1. Open a browser window and type the following address into your address bar:  voicemail.csumb.edu
2. Select Web Access from the ESNA Officelinx landing page

3. Web Access is authenticated using your campus Google account.  Choose your Google account or select “Use another account” to enter your campus Google account

4. Google will redirect your page to the CSUMB login page.  Use your Otter ID and password to complete the login process.

5. After successfully entering your Otter ID and password you should now be logged into your voicemail box through the ESNA Officelinx web portal.  Your extension number and name should appear next to the Log Off link in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
