Telephone User Interface (TUI) User Guides cover information on how to use your telephone to access and manage your voicemail box.

• Telephone User Interface (TUI) Quick Reference Card provides a short list of commonly used functions and a flow chart detailing commonly used commands. 
• Telephone User Guide - Default Advanced TUI is a detailed user guide that covers all functions and commands available through the TUI.

The Web Client online Help system can be accessed through the web portal using an internet browser and contains detailed information on how to use the web portal to manage your voicemail box.  

To access the Web Client online Help system, login to your voicemail box through the web portal.  Please see the Knowledge Base article How to Login to the ESNA Officelinx Web Portal for help logging into the web portal for the first time. 

After logging in, click the Help box in the Settings column on the right hand side of your screen.

Please note the screenshots of the web portal in the Web Client online Help system may differ than CSUMB's actual web portal due to customization of the ESNA Officelinx system.
