Ticket Tasks and Task Templates

There are three ways that ticket tasks can be used in IT Ticketing:

  1. Adding Ticket Tasks to an open ticket on the fly, when needed.
  2. Applying an existing Ticket Task Template to an open ticket.
  3. Having the Ticket Task Template built into a ticket so that it is automatically attached when a new ticket is submitted.
