Overview

This ticket is to report a problem with cable service in residence halls on campus or in East Campus residences, including television and cable modem issues.

Reasons to Submit This Ticket

Submit this ticket if you need assistance fixing television cable or modem problems, such as:

• My tv cable is out.
• I’m missing a channel.
• One or more of my channels are pixelated.
• I cannot access the internet using my cable modem.
