Submit this ticket to request:

*When requesting modifications or new data visualization or dashboard please provide the answer the following questions:
- Research Question - a brief statement of the research question to be answered by visualization/dashboard.
- Visualization Request Description - requirement details including any appropriate circumstances or supplementary information that may aid in resolving it.
- Benefit - describe how the data visualization will be used and the expected benefit to the program or university.
- Attach Sample Report Layout - If available, upload a document or images with examples for the visualization you would like created or modified.
