Overview

CSU Monterey Bay strives to provide digital materials that are accessible to all users and acknowledges its obligation to provide content that satisfies all applicable legal and regulatory requirements for accessibility by persons with disabilities. Therefore, users are encouraged to direct suggestions, comments, or complaints concerning any digital accessibility issues using this service to submit a Digital Accessibility Problem ticket

Any information provided will be kept confidential, and will only be used to communicate issues with content owners and keep those who up to date.

Reasons to Submit This Ticket

Submit this ticket if:

  • You find media that are missing accessibility features (i.e., no captions, PDF  misformatted, etc.)
  • You are using assistive technology to access software, webpages, or other digital media and are having problems.

  • Do not use this form if you have account access or login issues.
  • If you have a disability and have not already done so, we encourage you to contact SDAC (for students) or Human Resources (for employees) for more personalized and comprehensive accommodations.
