Therefore, users are encouraged to direct suggestions, comments, or complaints concerning any digital accessibility issues using this service to submit a Digital Accessibility Problem ticket
Any information provided will be kept confidential, and will only be used to communicate issues with content owners and keep those who up to date.
Reasons to Submit This Ticket
Submit this ticket if:
- You find media that are missing accessibility features (i.e., no captions, PDF misformatted, etc.)
- You are using assistive technology to access software, webpages, or other digital media and are having problems.
