Overview

This ticket is to report a problem with a wired or wireless internet connection on main campus, or in the Ryan Ranch, North Salinas, and Salinas City Center locations.

Note: This ticket is not for reporting internet issues in East Campus. If you live in East Campus and are having trouble with your internet or Wi-Fi, please submit the Cable Service problem ticket.

Reasons to Submit This Ticket

Submit this ticket if you need assistance fixing internet problems, such as:

• I can’t get on the internet.
• I can’t see CSUMB Wi-Fi on campus.
• My internet isn't working.
