Delegated Email Accounts
IT provides delegated email accounts (previously known as generic shared accounts) that can be accessed by up to 25 people through email delegation. For example, an account might be set up to provide an email address for a particular department, university organization, or function.
For more information about accessing and using delegated email accounts, see related Knowledge Base articles listed on the right. Please note that no other G Suite services (e.g., Google Drive, YouTube, Blogger) are available through email delegation.
Student Club Email Accounts
Student clubs can use delegated accounts to correspond with each other, the campus and outside entities about events and club business. People who have access to such an account can use email delegation to send email "on behalf of" the account:
- General Club email accounts are created and account access is granted based on approval from Student Activities Coordinator (currently Dan Burfeind)
- Greek Club email accounts are created and account access is granted based on approval from Student Activities Greek Coordinator (currently Laken Moreno)
- Sports Club email accounts are created and account access is granted based on approval from Senior Coordinator of Recreation (currently Timothy Collins)

Submit IT Tickets for:
- Delegated email accounts: New account or delegation changes (Requires Manager Approval)
- Club email accounts: New account or delegation changes (Club accounts request are submitted by Dan Burfeind)
- Greek email account: New account or delegation changes (Greek accounts are submitted by Laken Moreno)
- New Campus Affiliate (POI) email accounts (Requires Manager Approval)
