Computer Software Install or Update

Overview

This ticket is for the installation of new software on your computer or the update of existing software. 

Note: This ticket is not for problems with existing software.. For problems with existing software, please use the Computer Software/Application service.

Before Submitting a Ticket

Please make sure you provide your computer’s CSUMB Asset number located on the silver and green ‘Property of CSUMB’ or ‘Property of CSUMB Corporation” sticker.

Reasons to Submit This Ticket

Submit this ticket for:

  • Installation of software not already on your computer.
  • Update or upgrade of software
  • A re-image to refresh the entire system.

Note: All data will be lost when a machine is re-imaged. Please backup your data before submitting a re-image request.
