This ticket is for the installation of new software on your computer or the update of existing software.
Note: This ticket is not for problems with existing software.. For problems with existing software, please use the Computer Software/Application service.
Before Submitting a Ticket
Many software titles are available for you to install yourself, without IT permission or assistance. Check to see if the software you need is available via self-service:
Reasons to Submit This Ticket
Submit this ticket for:
- Installation of software not already on your computer.
- Update or upgrade of software
- A re-image to refresh the entire system.
Note: For faster service, provide your computer’s CSUMB Asset number located on the silver and green ‘Property of CSUMB’ or ‘Property of CSUMB Corporation” sticker.
Note: All data will be lost when a machine is re-imaged. Please backup your data before submitting a re-image request.
