Note: Requirements for access to some business data reporting applications:
- New Employee DAR - New employees receive standard application access based on their position. This is an OnBase form submitted through the Employee Resources webpage under the "All Other CSUMB Staff" heading.
- Alternate Data Access - This form requires completion by employees who need additional access, after obtaining data owner approval. The form can be located in the Employee Resources webpage under the "Alternate Access" heading. Alternate Data Access request forms can be emailed to enterprise_security@csumb.edu or attached to the ticket.
