Overview

This ticket is to report a problem with any CSUMB account or problems with account permissions, including but not limited to:

  • Dashboard
  • Google Suite (e.g., Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs)
  • Canvas
  • Everything else!

Reasons to Submit This Ticket

Submit this ticket if you need assistance fixing access problems, such as:

  • I’m locked out.
  • My second factor authentication isn’t working.
  • I log into a blank page.
  • I can’t log in.
  • I’m getting an 831 error.
