Access to Separated Employee's Google Assets

Overview

This ticket is to request access to the Google assets from a separated employee’s account.

Note: Do not use this request to delegated department emails or club account emails. To request these services please fill out the Delegated Email Accounts service ticket.

Before Submitting a Ticket

Please note:

  • Access is only provided to the separated employee’s manager (MPP).
  • Approval for access will be sought from Human Resources
  • Access is only provided after employee’s separation date
