Email Whitelist

All active students, faculty and staff get a Google Workspace account which includes:

• Gmail (@csumb.edu email)
• Calendar
• Drive and Docs
• Google Chat

Getting Started

Access for your CSUMB Google Workspace accounts are linked in your dashboard as Google Mail, Google Drive, or Google Calendar link on your Dashboard.

Submit Tickets for:

• Unable to access Google services
• Add an Approved Sender (AKA Whitelist)

Note: YouTube is not part of Google Workspace and we can not identify, manage or transfer anything uploaded by someone with an @csumb.edu email address.

Think there is a problem?

• If you think there is a problem with any Google Workspace product, check the Google Workspace Status page to see if there is a known issue.
• Submit an Account Access Problem ticket under the Report a Problem category.
